Dedicated to manufacturing and marketing of aluminum alloy ingots, the company was initiated under the patronage of The Asian Traders (India) that has been India's number one merchant exporter of cotton textiles since 1953. With over seven years of experience in dealing for scrap and an ISO 9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016 Certification, the company is progressing towards carving a niche for itself in the industry today.

Our core business is recycling of aluminum scrap into aluminum alloy ingots, ideal for pressure and gravity die casting companies for the automobile giants and electrical industries as well as other allied manufacturing.

With a sprawling manufacturing unit of 2.75 acres in Khopoli, it lies only 1.5 hrs from Mumbai and is well connected to other important business hubs of India like Pune, Chakan, Takve and Aurangabad. The primary focus being quality products and services, Jaisingh Alloys has a current production capacity of over 800 metric tons of aluminum alloys ingots per month and by the coming year; we aim to target production up to 1200 metric tons. The plant is well equipped to handle the manufacturing and recycling process for the same. Since the company's inception, the progress plan has been laid out to generate a successful production and business module. It encompasses a strong workforce that strives for excellence and investments in technology that helps the company to progress ahead.

Jaisingh Alloys has undertaken the social responsibility for adopting techniques and production processes that facilitate reduction of carbon footprints. With investments in high quality pollution control equipments such as water scrubbers, dust collectors and the like, we are ensuring that our aim at environment care is well achieved.

Moreover, the residual gases are collected and routed out via a chimney using I. D. Fans. The exhaust control system has the capacity to drain out over 50kgs. residue per hour. Numerous spots across the production unit are also being converted to green pastures for a cleaner environment.
